Arcavia Hires new Delivery Associate

Karabo Maruping has joined ArcaviaConsulting as a Delivery Associate. She will be running search delivery for ourkey clients across the design and construction market, covering project anddelivery, commercial, work winning, planning and design.

She comes to us from MECS, whereshe spent close to five years on engineering, mining and energy programmes.None of it was straightforward work. She recruited offshore crews for SBM’sFPSOs in Angola, Guyana and Brazil, and filled senior engineering and projectmanagement roles on Exxaro’s Grootegeluk and Matla mining operations. Shepicked up the firm’s Values Award last year, and an award for beating herdelivery numbers before that.

Our roles rarely sit neatly in onemarket, and neither do the people who fill them. Karabo has worked acrossborders for years and knows how to hold a search together when the client, thecandidate and the time zones are all pulling against each other. She will ownher assignments from the first research call through to offer.
