Arcavia Consulting partnered with a global architecture practice to coordinate recruitment across three international hub offices for a confidential, large scale built environment programme. The project required establishing a new PMO service line alongside sourcing specialist talent across multiple disciplines while maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
Working as a single point of contact, Arcavia combined recruitment coordination with direct sourcing to manage the process from role definition and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and onboarding support. Over a nine month engagement, more than 40 specialist hires were successfully coordinated, reducing agency reliance while providing valuable additional capacity to the client's in house recruitment team.
