Over an 8-month engagement, we placed 53 professionals across a newly created PMO function, Urban Design, Architecture and Design Technology — coordinating hiring across London HQ, the US, Middle East and Singapore. The result: a 15% cost saving against agency benchmark worth over £300,000, and an expanded engagement into Gensler's Birmingham team.
