Arcavia partnered with Gensler to build out the delivery team for the worlds largest architecture and construction gigaproject. Over an 8-month engagement, we placed 53 professionals across a newly created PMO function, Urban Design, Architecture and Design Technology — coordinating hiring across London HQ, the US, Middle East and Singapore. The result: a 15% cost saving against agency benchmark worth over £300,000, and an expanded engagement into Gensler's Birmingham team.
Supporting a tier-one contractor across the marine and landside packages of a major UK port terminal, with 14 roles supported and 28 CVs submitted through a period of significant ramp up.
Supporting the strategic expansion of Gensler's Birmingham office through an embedded recruitment partnership, delivering over 30 hires across two growing studios.
